1. Service Agreement

These SaaS Terms govern the use of ConfidiaPOS as a cloud-connected software service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Plans

ConfidiaPOS offers tiered subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page or upon request.

3. Free Trial / Launch Offer

Eligible businesses may access ConfidiaPOS under the Launch Offer terms. After the free period, standard subscription terms apply.

4. Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data entered into ConfidiaPOS. We claim no ownership over your business data.

7. Data Export

Upon request or account termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your data in a standard format.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as specified in the plan terms. Upon termination, data export assistance is provided for a limited period.
