1. Offer Description

The ConfidiaPOS Launch Offer provides eligible businesses with 6 months of full access to ConfidiaPOS services and standard support, free of charge, from the date of signup approval.

2. Eligibility

The offer is available to the first 200 approved business accounts. A business account must represent a genuine business with valid contact details and a genuine POS use case.

3. Approval

Confidia Limited reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion. Duplicate, fake, abusive, or non-business signups may be rejected.

4. One Per Business

One launch offer per business or business group unless otherwise approved in writing by Confidia Limited.

5. What's Included

Full access to ConfidiaPOS features, standard support, and app access on supported platforms (Windows, Android, Web) during the 6-month period.

6. After 6 Months

At the end of the 6-month free period, paid subscription plans may apply. Confidia will provide clear notice before any charges begin.

7. No Automatic Billing

No automatic paid billing will occur without clear advance notice. You will have the opportunity to choose a plan or discontinue use.

8. Amendments

Confidia Limited reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the launch offer. Any changes will be communicated to affected businesses.
