How Sync Works

When your internet connection is restored, ConfidiaPOS automatically syncs all offline transactions to the cloud. Sales are timestamped with their original transaction time, so reports remain accurate. The system is designed to handle data consistency — conflicting changes are resolved safely.

Tips for Offline Use

• Keep the app open during offline periods — do not force-close it.
• Reconnect to the internet as soon as practical to sync your data.
• Check that your most recent sync completed before going offline for extended periods.
